Wondering how Pre-Screened works? Candidates looking for employment simply answer pre-screening questions, and a pre-screened profile is created. Hiring managers can then review and select candidates to contact for their open opportunities
Our platform ensures anonymity throughout the pre-screening process. No personal information is shared on the site, keeping all profiles anonymous. Once a recruiter or hiring manager identifies a potential candidate, we provide them with resume information, maintaining confidentiality at every step.
We will contact you with the job and company information to see if you are interested. If you are interested in a new job opportunity, we'll coordinate a discussion/interview with a member of the hiring team.
